Dr Daphne Ong
Daphne is a Melbourne local and graduated from the University of Melbourne with honours.
Daphne speaks Cantonese.
After graduating, she joined her father, also a dentist at Ong dental surgery and commenced her dentistry career.
Following the retirement of her father Dr. J.H. Ong in 2010, she became the sole principal of the practice and leads the Ong Dental team with a promise to provide high quality and caring dental treatments.

Daphne is passionate about providing comfortable and caring dental treatments to her patients and focuses on delivering quality dental care to each one of her patients as if they were a family member.
Her friendly and gentle nature allows her to provide dental care to patients of all ages especially the little ones.
Daphne enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has a special interest in orthodontics and kids.

In her spare time, Daphne enjoys keeping fit by playing tennis and running marathons. She also has a passion for baking and exploring new food adventures.

Dr Cedric Ong
Dr Cedric Ong graduated with a Masters of Dentistry at La Trobe University.
Dr Cedric was born in Singapore and speaks Mandarin. He has spent a decade in regional Victoria learning and practising dentistry before deciding to relocate back to Melbourne.

Dr Cedric’s gentle chair side manner ensures patients will have a positive experience at the dentist. His non-judgemental and respectful nature means he will provide you with options and support you in your treatment decisions. Dr Cedric is very competent in all aspects of dentistry, and believes that healthy mouths are integral to a healthy and happy lifestyle. Dr Cedric enjoys seeing people and families of all ages. He has a particular interest in endodontics (root canal treatment) and orthodontics (straightening teeth with braces and clear aligners). To further his skills, Dr Cedric has undergone a post graduate diploma in orthodontics (2022-2023).

Outside of dentistry, Dr Cedric enjoys being active by playing badminton and has recently been introduced to the world of bouldering. He also is an active member of a church and enjoys spending time with family and friends. 

Dr Shin Lim
Shin received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery from University of Otago, New Zealand.
Shin speaks English, Mandarin, Hokkien and Malay. 
Prior moving to Melbourne, Shin had the pleasure to serve the community in New Zealand, Singapore and Malaysia. She strives her best to provide the best possible outcomes with a holistic and patient centred approach. Her calm, gentle and caring endeavour often earns her patients’ trust. 

Always eager to improve, Shin updates herself with professional courses regularly to stay up-to-date with the dental technologies. She performs full range of general dental treatments with special interests in minor oral surgery and orthodontics.
Outside of dentistry, Shin enjoys cooking and spending time with her family.
