Dr Daphne Ong

Daphne is a Melbourne local, and graduated from the University of Melbourne with honours in 2003.

After graduating, she joined her father, also a dentist at Ong dental surgery and commenced her dentistry career.
Following the retirement of her father Dr. J.H. Ong in 2010, she became the sole principal of the practice and leads the Ong Dental team with a promise to provide high quality and caring dental treatments.

Daphne is a dedicated and passionate dentist, committed to providing comfortable and caring dental treatments to her patients and focuses on exceptional and quality dental care to each one of her patients as if they were a family member.
Her friendly and gentle nature allows her to provide dental care to patients of all ages especially the little ones. She also speaks Cantonese, and is able to communicate effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds.
Daphne enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has a special interest in Orthodontics, Root Canal Treatments and treating kids.

In her spare time Daphne stays active by playing tennis, running marathons and chasing after her energetic son. She also has a passion for baking and exploring new food adventures.

Dr Sara Yasuda

Sara is a gentle, compassionate dentist trained in Australia and originally from Japan. She is fluent in Japanese and Italian.

Having completed Masters of Dentistry at La Trobe University, Sara worked at several public and private practices in rural and regional Victoria, where she saw many complex cases and patients from all walks of life.

Sara enjoys all aspects of dentistry, and has a particular interest in extractions including wisdom teeth removal, root canals and treating kids. She understands that dental appointments can be intimidating and has a passion for making dental appointments as comfortable and pleasant as possible. She is known by many patients for performing treatments that are kind and gentle.

Outside the clinic, Sara likes running and cooking up a storm in her kitchen. She also values spending time with her dog, and loves taking her little dog for outings.
